Dallas TX need CPA specializing in real estate and LLC.

We just recently set up an LLC. We already own rental property and will gave capital gains from the sale of a couple of properties we need a CPA specializing in real estate to help us moving forward with our new business. We would appreciate suggestions of people in the Dallas Metroplex area.

@Mara Hedgcock welcome. Sounds like you have a great start in real estate. I'm not sure about your area but there are a number of accounting types on the forums. You can use the search feature to locate folks in your area and use your zip code to see other investors. Network with some folks and see who they use. Sometimes people are hesitant to recommend professionals on a web site because it can last a long time and things change.
There are at least two podcast done by tax professionals as well as a number of blog posts. There is also a book in the book store related to taxes. Dig around a bit and see what works for you.

We found a tax accountant who was in a previous life a real estate agent. He knows his stuff.

@Mara Hedgcock Do you mind sharing who you ended up going with? This will be my first year doing taxes as an investor in Dallas and I'm also looking for a CPA.
