@Kevin McMaster unfortunately I don't have any good books or podcasts to refer to you that specifically relate to 40B but there are some great BP podcasts that cover section 8 rents and that is pretty relevant.

You hint that you might be paying above market price, that isn't as relevant as you would imagine. 

Some of them had been owned for generations and were auctioned off.I would proceed very, very carefully on purchasing any leased ground and due tons of research on the relevant state or federal government ownership for that particular area.

We produce a "Ready, Willing and Able buyer and provide documentation to all relevant parties" STIPULATION: Yes I agree there are plenty of other things to be discussed, ARGUMENT: As a buyers agent, you have not produced an "Able" buyer.

I would financially be capable of paying both loans but if I can't attain the loan then that is of no relevance.
