I have a few questions....
I would like to know if anyone has experience with 40b ? Is there is a way to check on town websites to see what there current affordable housing numbers ? Who do you hire first? Do you put the offer in with permit contingency? Do you make offer for what you think is the min/max units?

We were looking at a 40b project. We submitted the offer contingent on town approval for a minimum number of units. We then went and spoke to the town and they were very receptive to our plans but unfortunately we were unable to come to an agreement with the seller.
