As a new member to the site this is a very nice topic to come across right away.

My guess is that, in the very near future, we're going to start seeing REIAs fill up, more new members at BP and more competition out in the field.

Some members of our site repeatedly berate new members and generally wreak havoc with negative comments.

I know this question was asked a few years ago, but as a new member who is just learning from Bigger Pockets, I decided to get it.The way I look at it, I will read perhaps a dozen books or more, for information. 

New to real estate and the first thing I want to do is thank the members of BigPockets. I've learned a ton just reading member posts, articles, and blogs.
