Deal wasn't possible without BP members!

I JUST closed on the longest short sale we've ever had. It took just over 12 months with two different law firms trying to clear title but WAHOOOOO finally closed and resold an hour later for a nice little chunk of change!! :D :D :D

The deal could not have been possible without the help of Ted Akers (transactional lender) and Rich Hupper (Remax agent) and both are part of this board.

The property was QUITE difficult to clear title on and what should have been about a 6-8 month short sale ended up a 12+ month short sale with one BPO and TWO appraisals throughout the process. Closing I THOUGHT went flawlessly until I got a call from the closing agent later that there was a tiny glitch, so I have to really tip my hat to Ted Akers for being patient AND Rich for running around to fix things.

THANKS BP!! That's why I love this site.
