Has any of you guys read some of all of this book yet? I want to get it but the price is up there, which i honestly won't mind assuming it's a useful book. I also kind of wonder if what worked back in the 1970s and 1980s era would still work in todays real estate climate.

Book prices vary widely and are all over the map. I buy a lot of new and used books and always check ebay and these two sites before I buy anything:
