New to real estate and the first thing I want to do is thank the members of BigPockets. I've learned a ton just reading member posts, articles, and blogs.

I'm very raw and would love to to chat with some experienced investors especially in the Philly are to avoid at least a few of the rookie mistakes and also figure out what might be the best route for me to follow. I'm thinking rehab/flipping.

Thanks in advance.
