Hello everyone!  I have been reading and listening to the BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast for the past few months and just decided to get on and start talking to everyone.  I am in the process of getting my first home under contract.  My partner and I have been evaluating like crazy.  I really look forward to learning more and contributing what I can to this community.  I hope to speak with many of you soon!

Nice to meet you! I asked a friend that invests in real estate to point me in the right direction, and he recommended Bigger Pockets and the BRRRR method. This was a few months ago and now I've officially paid off all debts, and looking to purchase my first property soon. Right now I'm just absorbing everything I can. Happy to have found you here.
