Fortunately I am in no rush and have the time to continue learning and researching before I break into the residential space - then I'll take it from there...the trick is to know when to pull the trigger!

I just recently took a 3 day seminar with fortune builders, and am very excited to start this whole process. 

I have been very fortunate thus far and have a beautiful wife, 2 young daughters, a healthy body, a career that many would consider very good, but I don't have a passion for my work.I recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad (surprise surprise!) 

Wanted to follow up to what @Shea McCavit said about Fortune Builders.

I will admit I have bought a couple of courses in the pass and fortunately it didn’t take spending thousands of my hard earned money to realize those programs are horrible.

I just recently relocated to Cincinnati myself, but from what I can see we are pretty fortunate as OH is a great area to invest in. 

I am interested in starting my real estate journey with wholesaling and I want to expand to rental properties and then to becoming a personal finance option for less fortunate families to be able to afford to purchase a home.

I just recently attended a 3 day training through fortune builders here in Denver.
