I'm a 24 yr old full time college/ working mom looking to begin a career in real estate. I want to conquer flipping houses then eventually move onto buying and selling fixer upper to clients that want a like new home without the timeline. 

Open to any and all tips and suggestions. Excited about starting this new chapter in my life.

Welcome to BP Rashauna! I wish I would have gotten into real estate at 24......good for you!

I primarily wholesale but do the occasional rehab from time to time. There is plenty of people better than I to talk to about rehabbing houses but I am always happy to talk and give what information I have. Lots of people have helped me (and still do!!!) along the way and most of them I met at meet ups. Like others, I highly recommend you attend those meetings and listen to every podcast on this site.
