Newbie from Pittsburgh pa
Hello, my name is Nick, and I am looking at getting into real estate investments around the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area. I just recently took a 3 day seminar with fortune builders, and am very excited to start this whole process.
I currently have minimal rental management experience ( the company I work for has a few rental units) and I have experience in minor rehabbing.
I have a business partner, we currently have an llc set up (boscobowserproperties.com) My goals would be to flip 10 properties around the Pittsburgh area this year. I am most interested in flips and rentals, with occasionally wholesaling when opportunities arise.
Any criticism and tips are greatly appreciated, I am looking to further my education in this field as much as possible.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
