@Brie Schmidt again, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.  

We do teardown and rebuild projects in Corvallis for OSU students.

Here's the kicker though, I'm 15 so I don't have a job and am a full time student.

I specialize in new investors, student rental properties and of course, selling my own flips. :)

In addition too i would like to get into student housing for all of the schools within my state since connecticut if fairly small.

Student of mine just texted yesterday - got a duplex to house hack in Westerville.I've got a lot of connections there still.

It happens, but most of the time people just end up crying of laughter when they talk t me.In fact... the last conversation I had, I told them we pay cash.He said, "ha ha,  good I don't accept anything else".

Also my primary contractor was already booked when we got this house so he's been sending a guy or two over, here and there when he can.But I made another video, mostly because my students kept asking me to.

I am passionate about helping others transition from student to investor and sad that so many fail to actually accomplish this. 

We made a good deal of money and I used the finances to pay off my student loans and get her car paid down.
