Hello! My name is Aloma. I am really excited to be learning more about real estate investing. 

My husband and I currently own two rental homes. The first house we bought, completely fixed up and remodeled and lived in until we found, and could afford something bigger (we have 4 kids so we wanted more space). We've always been interested in real estate investing and that's how we got our start! 

We live in Eugene Oregon and our little beloved city is booming right now. 

We own and operate a few other businesses as well including a coworking space, a digital ad agency and an online training company. We are always up to something. Never a dull moment!

I signed up on here over a year ago but I'm just now digging into all the great info. It's amazing the community and educational materials that are available here! I look forward to meeting some of you whether in person or online.
