And even though you're having your own daughter stay there for a few years, when she graduates and moves on, you'll be dealing with unknown persons.....?

However, I figured it out, is simple using Excel, the big and major factors are the unknowns and predictions (appreciation, higher rent/income, refi and take cash to reinvest, etc).

There was another thread about this started a few weeks ago where I posted as initially being in favor of the shutdown at that time because too much was unknown and we needed to prevent the healthcare system from being overwhelmed. 

Perhaps once there aren't so many "unknowns".
