I find them wildly inaccurate.

Funny story about that lady; She got my marketing piece and called me.

It got me to thinking, Moms are much more than the ladies who give birth to us and even more than the women who take care of us while we are young.

Brain aneurism and a stroke and have had a bunch of time to learn about both and They are both a wild shot.  

It is the vanishing lady.

I don't throw wild numbers out there, I thought $10,000 a month was a good stepping stone.

I prefer 1 versus 4 or 5 deals and consider it to be more efficient and less brain damage, but to each his own.If the place needs kitchen, baths, pools, mechanical work, closing costs, holding costs, I could not get it all done $32/sqft but I may not have the same resources as you.Good luck...looks like a wild project.
