Data to determine what to charge for rent
What are you using to determine what to charge for rent, I know this is constantly changing. We were looking at a house to pick up and were very hot for it. Zillow was saying rents were $1345-1375 in the area (looking at comparable rent listings), rentzament $1300 so we went to see it. Called my banker (who rents houses) he said his friend who runs a lot of properties said $1125. We went to rentometer and saw $1300, pulled comps on craigslist listings and estimated it at $1150.
What is the best and fastest way to do this, is there a tool that sucks craigslist listings in to an excel file?
Trying to figure a way to analyze quickly, i need data.
