Army veteran, in Highland Indiana. Buy and Hold.

Working full time in the oil industry as a project engineer, manager.

Finally took my first step this year and purchased a property to rent. Working on my second and third. My goal is to replace my current income with passive rental income  specifically turn key investments, just reinvesting everything right now to build the numbers. Maybe venture into other areas to make more capital now.

Let's see how fast I can do this thing. J

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

Larry, My first one was just off the MLS and is working out perfect but was expensive. Now I'm working with a turnkey company. Norada for a property in Memphis and was researching CashFlowSavvy/Epic Realestate.
