Anyone offering such a low interest rate that you don't spend the holidays with and call mom or dad, is probably trying to scam you out of whatever money you pay to them up front. 

After Thanksgiving, people are spending money on the holidays and holiday travel and budgets get tight on big ticket items like moving.

I know I can call the city on this but trying to figure this out over the holiday weekend. 

Also think it would be hard to try and rent holidays during the school season, I’d likely just do the full 9ish month lease for the students so moving their belongings in and out isn’t an issue.

Tenants have 15 days to pay their landlord (excluding weekends and holidays) once they receive the funds

The next one is July 3 but given the holiday week I don’t know how many will show up.
