2018 is nearly over and I wanted to extend well wishes to everyone Bigger Pockets.  I appreciate everyone who is a part of BiggerPockets, especially the many who contribute.  I really hope my replies have been as helpful.  

I look forward to a productive 2019 in REI. Thank you all for all the help and guidance.
