Especially once you've purchased some in the past and have the hang of things.

You could even hang a cool painting on the feature wall to tie it together visually (something abstract that has a neutral background with splashes of color that compliments the feature wall).

I had this happen in our condo rental...thought the woman was hanging wall art with railroad spikes.

I'd go a step further and say to take the time to hang around the boards and find someone who seems to fit what you're looking for and reach out to them directly and tell them what you'll offer them in exchange for their knowledge. 

If you don’t mind hanging onto it as a rental it might be a better plan to do lease option bs straight rental.

Probably should have soom space for hanging clothes, if not a small closet-then maybe a mobile wardrobe .
