As a side note it appears that the text message route does not work for her so I would go with a notice taped to the door and snap a quick photo of it on your cell phone with a date stamp.

I would suggest getting the Baltimore business journal, Baltimore sun, and heading to Local meet ups to speak with other great minds about the markets and sub markets you are aiming for.

I like the fact that the meters are about $100 and the interface (with cellular) $1200 or so with $30 monthly cell bill.

My property is in the 2060 redevelopment zone (JOURNAL SQURE) so I was hoping for a 1 family to be converted into a 2 or 3 or 4 family but was only given the OK for a 2 family which sucks but I guess I'll have to live with it.

I haven't done this personally but have seen other people do a long term lease (like 99 years) for communications companies to put a cell tower on the lot, thought that was awesome!
