How to find a Mastermind group

Greetings!

Does anyone know if you can join a mastermind group even if you dont have the intention journal? Or do you have to purchase the journal in order to join? And how do you look for ones through bigger pockets or aggressive mastermind groups? I am an aggressive beginner but I am already tracking a good amount of ground. I got 2 deals in the works and 1 with no money down. However I would love to be in a group or accountability group with likeminded individuals who would like to get their goals accomplished and get work done!

@Michael Porche Congrats on getting started! I would start at your local REIA or BP Meetup. Or just like this...
