Being persistent with marketing.

I was just wanted to get some ideas from everyone. How do you stay persistent with marketing when you don't have a big budget, right now my budget is about $200 per month, now I know that is not a whole lot of money but that is what I have for now. I'm doing bandit signs right now but I think I am going to phase those out and flyers, thinking about doing some cold calling on the phone also. Just wanted to hear some other ideas.

I probably get calls twice a week from the 'solar initiative', a carpet cleaning company, and an A/C replacement company. I'm on the do not call list.

Spam is illegal too. You get any of that lately? Speeding is illegal. Rolling through stop signs is illegal. Letting your dog run around your front yard off a leash is illegal. You live in Massachusetts, where I used to live. In Mass, it is illegal to;

- have a gorilla in the back seat of your car.

- go to bed without first having a full bath.

- NOT carry a rifle to church on Sunday.

- use tomatoes in the production of clam chowder.

With the exception of that gorilla in the back seat, I think most people don't really care about any of these laws. Sometimes we get dinged for the speeding and rolling through stop signs, well, at least I do, but I don't know anyone who ever got a fine for calling someone and saying "Sorry to bother you. My name is _____ and I'm looking for a house to buy. You aren't interested in selling your house or a rental property you own by any chance are you?"
