It’s like saying if one guest complained about a dirty house and they were from a specific city…then don’t get renters from that city. 

Check with your county it is so specific for property taxation. 

Also through the MLS you can get things like median & average rents for specific areas plus DOM stats although I'm unsure about price to rent ratios.

Hey yall, Ill shoot some DMs out to people on this thread, but our company has been hosting a monthly meetup specifically for BP people for the last 2 years.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

I live in the Northern Illinois region, specifically Lake County and I am looking for help with finding a real estate agent and also any financing advice would be greatly appreciated.
