Hello BP community

Just wanted to say hello to the BP community! I am brand new to the real estate investing world and discovered this amazing community when I figured out I was wasting my full potential with my 9-5 w2 and knew I wanted more! Once I found real estate investing, I knew I had found my calling. I've been reading all I can about rental properties and I listen to the BP podcast everyday. I have started to develop my plan and know I want to House Hack a small multifamily property as my first investment. I live in the Northern Illinois region, specifically Lake County and I am looking for help with finding a real estate agent and also any financing advice would be greatly appreciated. Also looking to network and create relationships with all of you who share my passion!
