All this is very doable if you orchestrate it...there are a lot of moving parts and tight deadlines, so just make sure you are confident in your systems and this will be very manageable.

I think that is very doable because the house literally is right at the edge of campus and I think a consistent influx of students should allow me to keep a very low vacancy rate.Thoughts on things I should tweak in my assumptions?
