Cash buyer troubles Chicago

My name is Keith I been a member on their pockets for a while now but had to start anew page.

I am facing issues's wholesaling a property (brick bungalow) I have under contract in the Chatham area of Chicago

It seems as though the buyer back out at the last minute before for the deal closing.

Is a hard money lender the only option to purchase the property to extend my time for finding a cash buyer?

How much time do you have?

Have you reached out to other buyers yet, other wholesalers to help?

Is the house vacant? Do you have a lockbox on it if so?

Depending on if the seller needs this money ASAP or have time on their side you could ask for an extension but that is on you to discuss with them.
