Looking to invest in Columbus Ohio

Shan Cao
Posted
I’m looking to invest in Columbus Ohio from China and I would like to find a remodeling contractor team to work with. Is there a company that inspects and evaluates properties prior to buying? So that I know what needs to be done before I invest in one? Sincerely, Shan

Sincerely, Shan

Tons of home inspectors out there. You should always hire a home inspector prior to closing on any home you haven't seen personally. You can write your offers contingent on an inspection. Very common practice here so won't be an issue with the sellers either.
