Hi Vanessa, sorry, the @ thing just doesn't seem to work for me the way the instructions say it should. 

Per our MLS rules for a property in 'Active"Property available to be shown, no signed contract exists, with the exception of a contract with the contingency of a property to sell, to be identified in the showing Instructions as “Contingent upon sale of a property”.

It is common to see large capital investments by car manufacturing companies in the Bajio Regio ( Central -Western Mexico) including Ford, GM, Chrysler, VW, Nissan, Mazda etc..  

If so, Carrier, Bryant, York, EMI, would likely have replacement parts more available than a foreign manufacturer like Daikin, LG, or Mitsubishi.  

Robots have been prevalent in manufacturing and even in McDonalds for over 20 years.

Its a manufactured home, tough justifying upgrades.
