Newbie from Tampa-Wesley Chapel, FL

Hi everyone,

My name is Rose Mbathi and I am new to RE investing.  I came across BP while doing my due diligence on one of the RE gurus in order to determine whether or not to become a mentee.

I'm a CPA and have been in the accounting profession for over 10 years. I am now going into full time RE investments and plan to use this forum to learn as much as I can about the business in addition to networking.

I am based in the Tampa-Wesley Chapel, FL area.

My RE Goals are to buy and sell RE property (I am currently registered for a licensing class), buy and hold for investment purposes and majorly accumulate wealth. I am mainly interested in SFR homes but I am also looking at Manufactured homes.

Welcome to BP! I'm about in the same area as you, a little further north :) Check out the podcasts, they are awesome. Also, if you've never been to the Tampa REIA please come on out! You will learn so much. I also go to one at Ihop on spruce st in tampa thats realllllly good :)
