Good Morning Milwaukee BP'ers, I was wondering if anyone had any insight into quality fire/dwelling coverage for rental properties in Milwaukee.  

Be sure to take photos (or video can be good too) before touching anything, as the adjustor will want to be able to see what the damage was like before mitigating.

As in, is it commercial general liability (preferred in the case of an IRA) or dwelling fire.
