House Flipping Cost

Hi,

I usually purchase homes as a wholesaler and then sell to flippers, however I have recently purchased a home that has far to much equity not to rehab. Does anyone have any ideas on how to accurately calculate a major rehab? Are there any videos out there that any one knows about that could help? Thank you for the advice.

@Phillip Schaeffer

 I'd strongly recommend J Scott's 2 books, The Book on Flipping Houses, and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs.  They are both excellent!
