Assignemnt of contract

We currently have a property under contract.  We have wholesaled 3 properties so far and all have been large profits so we chose to double close on all 3.  The property we have now has little room for profit and we have had a couple offers and plan to accept one soon.  We would like to assign the contract to maximize our profits on the deal so we do not have to pay closing cost.  Our contract allows for assignment but we have yet to use the option.  Do we need a another separate contract to use with the end buyer as an assignment?  Any help would be appreciated!
