Since then, I have been looking up videos on YouTube, tuning in to webinars, etc. and I am excited to put all of that info into action. 

Ive tried looking up videos on cold calls, searched for seminars and webinars on Sub to deals and either the cost for the information was WAY to much or I couldn't find what i was looking for.

I put in 120 days based off Brandon Turners suggestion on one of his webinars.

I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, watched the webinars, but we are now in a financial position and a stage of life to (in the words of Nike) “Just do it.”

:) I took  some ss's and highlighted with red the numbers I have a hard time finding out how they are calculated based on the input numbers in the example Brandon gave during the webinar.

Some only accept accredited investors some also accept non-accredited but sophisticated investors for their deals.There are great webinars, podcasts and blogs on this exciting and much more scalable subject.

In Wednesday's webinar, Brandon mentioned that when he makes offers he includes additional things in the price to try to make up the difference between what he needs for a deal vs what was offered.

@Kenneth Clarke I live in Wyoming, so I can't tell you where to go or who to talk to, but I can give you some advice on what to do:Learn everything you can about analyzing deals on BP podcast, webinars, books, forums, etc. and commit to analyzing 10 deals a week.

After watching yet another webinar, I went on Craigslist just out of curiosity.
