Hello Everyone,

My name is Chris from the Howard Co. area. I am green when it comes to real estate investing. Ever since I came out of the mortgage lending business, I have always wanted to test the waters of the investment side of things but I always thought I needed a lot of money to get started (which I don't have). But recently, I have been doing a lot of research on taking the wholesale route (I hear that's the typical route when first starting) and it definitely peeked my interest. Since then, I have been looking up videos on YouTube, tuning in to webinars, etc. and I am excited to put all of that info into action. 

As a newbie, I welcome all of the advice you guys are willing to provide. I am thankful to Bigger Pockets for creating this resource and I am looking forward to learning from all of the great minds in this community!
