At a Road Block. What to do

Hey Bp. Ive been studying real estate for two and a half years now and came to a conclusion that I want to enter the R.E world through subject to deal transaction. Ive saved 10k for my first investment property and THINK I'm ready to pull the trigger. The only problem is I have no idea how to structure a subject to deal. I know what it is and how it works but i don't know how to bring it all together. Ive been listening and learning from all the advise I've received on BiggerPockets, but I feel I'm at a road block. At this point I don't know if I'm over thinking or not. My current position haunts me EVERY SINGLE DAY and I want higher ground. Ive tried looking up videos on cold calls, searched for seminars and webinars on Sub to deals and either the cost for the information was WAY to much or I couldn't find what i was looking for. If anyone out there can give me some kind of clarity, you could possibly change me life. Thanks for reading God bless :/.
