You have multiple people living in each others spaces.

The people the seller should have this discussion with is the title company and or legal counsel.  

That is dissapointing that they did not vet the people they would be spending hours and hours touring properties.

Is this how it works, wanted to know from people who have their star’s managed my property management company?

I've heard people have had a great experience working with them!

I know many people who own real estate that are not citizens of the US.

I’m hearing mixed opinions from people I know.
