Hello! I'm a 23 year old military member and will be a veteran within 2 1/2 years :) and I qualify for a VA LOAN. Now my goal is to Build Long-Term wealth here with my wife but I'm very interested and determined within the BRRRR Strategie. Currently I'm thinking about purchasing a duplex (while I also work on working on my real estate license) and living in one side and renting the other utilizing the VA LOAN. But after a year or so I want to purchase my first single family home and BRRRR it and continue BRRRRR'n SFH's. honestly, I'm not sure if this is a good idea, or good start. I'm all ears and willing to learn and listen to opinions!
