My introduction to BiggerPockets

First post!! Just introducing myself. I’m originally from Gulfport MS. and a newbie to real estate investing. I’m in the military (active duty army), and looking to invest nationally since I move around a lot. I’m mostly interested in multi family homes (using the Brrr method). I’m currently living in the El Paso area. Any advice, or contacts would be grateful.  Thanks.

@William Grantham welcome to the site! I would recommend that you focus on which area you want to eventually settle down in. It is always nice to live close to your rental properties (although not absolutely necessary), and as a military guy you are able to choose where you retire to. Start researching price to rent ratios in areas and see which area has the best combination of cash flow/place you want to live!
