Second - you'll need a septic....homebuilt w/55 gal drums is perfectly fine, but won't pass a real inspection.Third - You need a propane tank for cooking, heating water, etc.... just haul in 100 gal tanks and swap the out yourself....or get a 300 gal tank from a company and have them fill it every 3 mos.Fourth - A couple solar panels and a few batteries for lights and charging like you saidThis is not cheap nor is it easy, but it is fun.

Most RE agents use these to save their own time while drumming up new business.

We have 0 interest in drumming up some big time-suck and distraction to drive what is truly a very small amount of added $.

Leave it, maybe you can rent a drum sander and level it out but in an old house, I'd shoot for good not great and let it be.

In the past 3 years I transitioned to commercial and multifamily investing I got experience to be part of GP team and served as a capital raiser and deal finder..I am now moving to a completely new market I don’t know anyone or have any solid connections.What would you do if you needed to drum up investor clients who are looking to purchase an investment property via cash or traditional financing?
