You could ask a local Realtor for contact info if you can't find it with a web search.It might help to know that there isn't one single MLS.

@Angela Russo we are actually only doing form fill campaigns at the moment (I am working on a website at the moment and am actually taking a class on web development to help as well).

Listed properties on the web is an option that has worked and still works for many investors.

@Russell Brazil You are correct... rates are published annually in Maryland and many other states by each title insurer as to residential policies.
