Hi

I would like to find out what’s the best way to find probate leads in San Bernardino. Should I go to the court house to look for it myself? Any advise will be appreciated.

thank you

I found this probate publication for San Bernadino county @Jason Jiang:

Your specifically going to have to sift through the classified(s) for your specific county. Remember that this is free.

Or you can go to your local county law library:

and ask for adjudicated newspapers that publish Notice of Petition to Administer Estate or probate classified publications. (Legal Notices)

Yes, you can also take a trip to the courthouse and look for calendar of events for probate hearings that are coming up. This can also include Tentative Rulings.

To view a file you'll need the decedents name and case number.

Good luck...
