I have recently learned about a technical widget called a "bot".  Facebook uses them a lot and looking to find someone that is tech friendly to assist with direction on my website.  This "bot" auto responds to inquiries - currently trying to set up this lead generation tool and build our email list/network.  Anyone have suggestions?

I've not used one but I'm seeing them more and more on web sites. My only recommendation is to ensure it's not annoying like the old ones that played a video of someone walking around the screen or playing terrible music and nobody can figure out how to turn it off.
