This "test" helps me make a decision whether or not I buy a product,,John got back to me right away,,,and the truth is ,,,I havent bought a damn thing from him,,,,,Yet,,But probably will,,,,,,this Mobile Home Park thing fascinates me,,,Another great course and training I have bought and reccomend highly ,,,,"if you are serious" is Frank Wolf and Dave Reynolds "Mobilehomeparkstore dot com books and 3 day course .I took it in San Diego about 2 years ago .Solid teaching ,great course also learned a lot from "seasoned" attendeesHope this helps gangDD in Los Angeles

Vinyl click-lock style goes into kitchens and bathrooms (looks better and is higher quality to sheet vinyl).Higher end properties get hardwoods or bamboo throughout and tile in the kitchen and baths.All options are more expensive than carpets...but you will replace the carpets almost every time you change tenants.

My videos, and podcasts, (which I did for free) would still be there.What have YOU contributed to this industry other than bile and nonsensical arguments based upon my professional choice to take my skill set and train others whom you have no compulsion to help.If you don't like "gurus" or mentors teaching people via the "Internets" then may I respectfully suggest that you either teach others what you know...

I've always been fascinated with Donald Trump and Warren Buffett by the way.With that being said, I have been trying to get something done in these 4 years that have passed but can't find someone local to either teach me and split first few deals,  and the wholesaler in my area said I can't make it on my own and she wants me to work "for her."
