We currently invest in Birmingham AL which probably has a better potential for growth, but if you are looking for long term stability in cash flow, there are some great communities where you can pick up a rental investment in and around Montgomery.

All I will add is you should set your keyword alerts and also pick 2-3 REIAs and start attending regularly.The Chelmsford REIA is probably the best one near you. 

I think once i start dealing with rehabers i might need to pick up your brain since you have a solid background in construction.

You also need to have thick skin and be prepared for the fact that some people you would expect to send you referrals, just wont.So pick at least 100 people in your sphere.
