The thinking is wealthier clients tend to be more experienced with a variety of investments and have investment "savvy", can understand risk and absorb losses easier and can understand these complex investments better.  

Last vehicle I bought was a 1996 Ford Ranger new engine and clutch with 125k miles on itfor $2000 dollars. 

As an experienced investor and realtor, you can add tons of value to people in your local market and abroad. 

Maybe some day, but right now I don't feel experienced enough to dive into the world of $50k houses that rent for $5-600. 

My specific question for experienced landlords is: Do you ignore or put less weight in medical collections as opposed to other types of collections?
