Hi! My name is Lindsey and although I am new here I have been dabbling in the Real Estate game for quite a few years. My first home I purchased to live in was a duplex, and at that time also had a triplex that I rented out. (My family has been investing for many years). Right now my husband and I have about 12 units total. We are currently working on a flip in the Brewerytown part of Philadelphia, and have 2 deals on the table for rentals that we are waiting to get to settlement. I was a teacher for 10 years and resigned this year to focus on my family and to build our real estate portfolio! I am also a Realtor!
