Real estate note funds for Non-accredited investors
I really enjoyed listening to Bob Van Horn on podcast #273. He mentioned real estate note funds but the only ones I find are for accredited investors. His fund through PPR requires a $10k min. investment. I could swing that but not the requirements for accreditation. Does anyone know of a fund us non-millionaire folks?

SEC regulations do seem a bit messed up. A non-accredited investor can blow their entire IRA, Junior's college fund, etc. on pump & dump penny stocks and trying their hand at options trading. But making a small investment in a note fund -- whoa Nelly.
