I've used all these contractors in the past on remodels.If you are knowledgeable on construction then you can sub out the work yourself. 

Anything from painting, construction, flooring, demolition, helping set up an open house, anything RE related, etc that you can do/learn is another step toward a successful future.

Make sure you have plenty of cushion in your numbers because as a first time investor, your construction/rehab budget is likely going to be off, and on the low side.
