I'm Sam Albert. I'm a new investor in the triad and triangle area. I have a rental property in Greensboro. I am working with a developer on building between 50-60 houses on a property I own. I've recently gotten my real estate license and I'm going to use that to help fund my investments.

My main goal is to buy and hold and eventually invest in some larger commercial properties. I would love to meet up with some like-minded  investors in the Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro area and make some big things happen!!!

Welcome Sam! I’m an aspiring RE investor in the Charlotte area. I know there’s several meetup groups in Charlotte and the surrounding area. There is one coming up on Tuesday the 7th and another Wednesday the 15th - both in the evening - and there’s more info about both in the Events tab.

It certainly sounds like you’re off to a great start and I hope to hear about future successes from you!
